Mark Emlick's Chester Street property conversion

The office of the Marine Conservation Society, at 11 Chester Street, Edinburgh has been sensitively converted back to it's former residential glory. 

The B listed townhouse forms part of an impressive Victorian terrace in the West End of Edinburgh had been a commercial building for years, but now is once again habitable as a luxury residential home. 

The property was previously the Scottish operational office of the Marine Conservation Society and also of building surveyors Wren & Bell.

CEO of Consensus Capital Group, Mark Emlick was successful in gaining the listed building consent and planning permission to convert the property back into its original residential use and for the subdivision into a lower ground floor apartment and three storey townhouse. Mark project managed all phases of the construction and fit-out of the property.
