11 Chester Street

11 Chester Street is a B listed townhouse forming part of an impressive Victorian terrace in the West End of Edinburgh. The property was previously the Scottish operational office of the Marine Conservation Society and also of building surveyors Wren & Bell. Mark Emlick was successful in gaining the listed building consent and planning permission to convert the property back into its original residential use and for the subdivision into a lower ground floor apartment and three storey townhouse. Mark also project managed all phases of the construction, interior design and fit-out of the property.

Rothesay Mews

Rothesay mews is a traditional cul de sac property originally designed as stables for the larger houses in the area.  Mark Emlick obtained the property when it was a single garage and converted it into a luxury one bedroom apartment, taking advantage of its brilliant central location.  The property features bedroom with ensuite facilities and kitchen dining room fitted to a very high standard.

46 Grange Road

The development project at 46 Grange Road involved a full interior renovation and addition of the pictured orangery extension to create the light filled reception room which doubles the ground floor reception space.  The whole property was interior designed by Nicky Murray Design.  We work closely with relocation agents assisting professional families with their moves. The location highly sought after with a good selection of schools in the area. Set walking distance to the city from the Grange.
